Following is a small sample of some of the key menus and reports from the PSB system.

Product Support Bulletin (PSB) Main Menu

From the Main Menu you can manage data importing, your company base data and logo, PSB Types, Product Groups, Part Numbers, Customers with contact information as well as select option to develop and distribute Product Service Bulletins.

New PSB Data Entry and Update Form

          Used to enter all information regarding a New PSB request or update a PSB.

PSB Form

          The PSB form can be printed or emailed.     Your logo and address are added to the upper left of the form from the data you enter in data maintenance.

PSB Reports

          Reports to cover all PSB activities.

PSB Status

          Status summary of PSBs detail activity as well as aging.

PSB Customer Reports
