Following is a small sample of some of the key menus and reports from the SCA system.

Supplier Corrective Action (SCA) Main Menu

New SCA Data Entry Form

          Used to enter all information regarding a New SCA request

SCA Update Form

          Used to track changes and status as well as closure information.

SCA Form

          The SCA form can be printed or emailed.  This form is also attached to email reminders.   Your logo and address are added to the upper left of the form from the data you enter in data maintenance.

SCA Reports

          Reports to cover all SCA activities. Reports with action logs provide follow-up activity with dates.

SCA Status

          Status summary of SCAs detail activity as well as aging.
