Personnel Information Data Entry Form

  Used to enter basic data for each employee.

Company Information Data Entry Form

Used to enter basic data about your company including your Logo. This information is subsequently used in report headers and footers.

Data from this form used to personalize all reports and forms!

Training Class Information Data Entry Form

Used to enter data about training classes. This information is subsequently used in reporting training records by employee, by specification, and by department as well planning reports on employees needing training.
