Please review the TMS preview for all the standard functionality.  Following are the screens and reports that are upgraded from the standard version to provide the ultimate in cross training management.

A truly relational system, just like our standard TMS System the TMSpro system was developed to maintain the logical linkages between Employees, Job Profiles, Procedures and Training.  These interrelationships are the key in developing a true training requirements and planning system. With TMSpro, each employee is assigned a Primary Job Code plus the user can add any number of secondary job codes and unique specification requirements.

Personnel Information Data Entry Form

  Used to enter basic data for each employee.

In the above example, Michael Appleton's primary job code is AC1. Michael has AC2 listed as a secondary job code plus one unique requirement.

A good example of a unique requirement, would be CPR training.  By list this as a unique requirement, we can track when re-certification is needed. Other examples are Fork Lift Safety, Chemical Safety, etc.

Specification Information Data Entry Form

  Used to enter basic data for specifications including certification durations.

In the above example, specification A101 requires employee retraining every 365 days as well as when the specification is revised.  Note that selecting "Yes" in the yellow highlighted area will make this specification required training for everyone in the company.

A good examples of specifications requiring periodic re-certification, would be CPR training, Fork Lift Safety, Chemical Safety, company quality policy,  etc.
